Other synonyms for this chemical drug are 4F-MDMB-BICA, 4FBCA and 4FAKB. 4F-MDMB uses can cause severe and adverse effects in humans. On the basis of self reports, it was inferred that it causes visual hallucination, paranoia, confusion, chest pain, agitation and irregular heart beat. It is sold online as a designer drug.
